Key Responsibilities

• Edit high-quality videos for social media, digital campaigns, YouTube, websites, and advertisements.

• Create engaging short-form content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

• Use AI tools to generate, enhance, repurpose, and optimize video content.

• Add motion graphics, text animations, sound effects, transitions, and visual effects.

• Convert long-form content into multiple short-form assets.

• Create promotional videos, corporate videos, event highlights, testimonials, and brand stories.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and content strategies.

• Manage video projects from concept to final delivery.

• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

• Stay updated on emerging AI tools, video trends, and social media best practices.

Must-Have AI Skills

Candidates must have hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools such as:

• ChatGPT

• Midjourney

• CapCut AI

• Adobe Firefly

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional video editing experience.

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.

• Expertise in CapCut and social media video editing.

• Understanding of storytelling, pacing, sound design, and motion graphics.

• Experience creating viral short-form content.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
  
  
  Preferred Experience

  • Experience in real estate, commercial real estate, industrial projects, or B2B marketing.

  • Drone footage editing experience.

  • Motion graphics and animation skills.

  • Experience creating AI-generated video content from text prompts.
