Job description:

Roles & Responsibilities :

Develop design creatives for social media posts, sales team creatives, internal company creatives, catalogue redesign, export team image edits, YouTube thumbnails, and hiring posters
Capture quality photos of new products, customized client products, and HR events
Record videos to showcase products, events etc
Upload videos to the company’s YouTube channel
Assist HR team in executing festive activities with creativity to enhance employee experience
Strive for continuous improvement in design elements for all mediums and products
Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices
Suggest and implement new and trending designs for better visual experience and online presence in social media posts

Skills required :

Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw
Adobe After Effects, Canva, Adobe Premier Pro
Proficiency in photography and videography, Video Editing
Organizational skills
Time Management

Performance Criteria/KPIs

No. of social media posts approved (YouTube and photo editing)
No. of Product photography sessions and edits
No. of internal company posters approved
No. of Catalogue pages designed / redesigned
