We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor who can transform raw podcast footage into engaging, high-retention content for YouTube, Instagram Reels, and other digital platforms.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

Edit full-length podcast episodes for YouTube
Create short-form content (Reels, Shorts, Clips) with strong hooks
Add subtitles, motion graphics, sound effects, and transitions
Enhance audio quality (noise reduction, balancing, sync)
Work on multi-camera podcast edits
Create engaging cuts to maintain audience retention
Collaborate with the content team for storytelling and pacing
Optimize videos as per platform trends and algorithms

🎬 Required Skills

Proficiency in editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects
Strong understanding of YouTube & social media content trends
Knowledge of color grading, sound design, and pacing
Ability to create viral-style edits (zoom cuts, jump cuts, captions, memes)
Basic understanding of storytelling and audience psychology
