*Key Responsibilities*

* Edit campaign videos for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn.

* Create short-form videos, reels, YouTube Shorts, and promotional clips.

* Add professional transitions, motion graphics, subtitles, lower thirds, logos, and call-to-action elements.

* Perform basic color correction and audio enhancement.

* Design and edit campaign advertisements, speeches, interviews, testimonials, and event highlights.

* Create platform-specific video formats and aspect ratios.

* Coordinate with the Digital Marketing Manager for daily content planning and publishing schedules.

* Work closely with the SEO Specialist to optimize YouTube videos, including titles, descriptions, thumbnails, and tags.

* Meet daily content production targets within strict deadlines.

* Maintain organized project files and follow brand guidelines throughout the campaign.

*Required Skills and Qualifications*

* Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.

* Experience with Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and animations.

* Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or Canva for thumbnail creation.

* Understanding of social media video formats and platform requirements.

* Knowledge of video compression, rendering, and exporting.

* Familiarity with copyright-free music and stock media usage.

* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced campaign environment.

*Preferred Qualifications*

* 1–3 years of professional video editing experience.

* Prior experience in political campaigns, news media, advertising agencies, or digital marketing is preferred.

* Experience editing reels, YouTube Shorts, and viral social media content.

Strong creative storytelling and visual communication skills.

* 8–12 short-form videos (Reels/Shorts).

* Event highlight videos with same-day turnaround when needed.

* Optimized video exports for all required social media platform.
