We are seeking a versatile and dynamic Lead Trainer to head our creative media department. The ideal candidate is a "full-stack" creative professional who can bridge the gap between traditional video editing, high-end graphic design, and modern AI-driven workflows. You will not just be teaching software; you will be shaping the next generation of visual storytellers and digital artists.

Key Responsibilities

• Comprehensive Instruction: Lead high-impact training sessions across video post-production, vector illustration, and UI/UX design.

• Curriculum Engineering: Develop and maintain a cutting-edge syllabus that integrates industry-standard tools with 2026’s AI-enhanced features (like Canva Magic Studio).

• Workflow Integration: Teach students the "Creative Ecosystem"—how to move assets seamlessly between Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.

• Portfolio Mentorship: Guide students through real-world projects, from initial logo concepts in Figma to final color-graded video exports in DaVinci Resolve.

• Quality Assurance: Evaluate student progress through rigorous practical assessments and technical "stress tests."

Technical Software Mastery (Required)

The candidate must demonstrate expert-level proficiency in the following suites:

Qualifications & Skills

Experience: 2+ years in a professional creative role with at least 1 year of experience in teaching, coaching, or corporate training.

• The "Trainer" Edge: Ability to explain why a design works (theory) alongside how to make it (technical).

• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the 2026 digital landscape, including social media aspect ratios, 4K/8K workflows, and AI-assisted automation.

• Communication: Exceptional verbal and visual communication skills. Must be able to simplify technical jargon for beginners while challenging advanced students.

Preferred Attributes

• A diverse portfolio or showreel showcasing work across all mentioned platforms.

• Certification in Adobe Creative Cloud or DaVinci Resolve.

• Experience with real-time collaborative tools and remote teaching platforms.
