We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 'Canva Reel Creator Intern' to produce engaging short-form videos for the real estate industry. This is not just a video editing role. We need someone who can research, plan, create, and publish high-performing reels that attract viewers and generate organic reach on social media.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct research on real estate trends, competitors, and viral reel ideas.
2. Create engaging reels from start to finish using Canva.
3. Edit videos using Canva Video Editor with smooth transitions, animations, text, and effects.
4. Design visually attractive content that captures attention within the first few seconds.
5. Write compelling hooks, captions, and calls to action.
6. Optimize content for Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
7. Publish content according to the content calendar.
8. Monitor reel performance and suggest improvements for better organic growth.

Other requirements

A. Required skills:

1. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Canva.

2. Strong experience with Canva Video Editor.

3. Good understanding of visual design, typography, colors, and layouts.

4. Ability to create scroll-stopping content.

5. Understanding of organic social media marketing.

6. Ability to research trending topics and adapt them to the real estate niche.

7. Creative mindset with attention to detail.

8. Basic knowledge of Instagram Reels and Facebook video content is a plus.

B. Preferred skills:

1. Experience creating content for real estate, architecture, or property-related businesses.

2. Understanding of storytelling and audience psychology.

3. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
