About Gravi Digital

Gravi Digital is a Gurgaon-based Digital Marketing, Branding, Website Development and Performance Marketing Agency working with brands across Real Estate, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Education, Corporate and other industries.

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor who can turn raw footage and creative concepts into engaging, high-quality content for social media and digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook videos and LinkedIn videos.

• Convert raw footage into engaging short-form videos with strong hooks and storytelling.

• Edit talking-head videos, interviews, educational videos, promotional videos and brand content.

• Add subtitles, captions, motion graphics, transitions, sound effects and background music.

• Create engaging Reels, Shorts, ad videos, promotional videos and video creatives.

• Edit videos according to different brand guidelines and target audiences.

• Create video content for Real Estate, Doctors & Hospitals, Manufacturing, Education and Corporate clients.

• Select appropriate music, sound effects, B-roll and visual elements.

• Create video variations for Meta Ads, YouTube Ads and other digital campaigns.

• Create thumbnails and basic graphic elements when required.

• Maintain consistency in fonts, colours, animations, transitions and overall brand identity.

• Coordinate with the Content, Social Media, Graphic Design and Performance Marketing teams.

• Take feedback from internal teams and clients and implement revisions efficiently.

• Manage multiple projects and deliver videos within defined deadlines.

• Organize and maintain raw footage, project files, assets and final exports.

• Stay updated with social media trends, Reels formats, editing styles, transitions, hooks and platform specifications.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.

• Good knowledge of Adobe After Effects is preferred.

• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator is an advantage.

• Experience with CapCut, DaVinci Resolve or similar editing software is a plus.

• Strong understanding of short-form video editing.

• Good sense of timing, pacing, storytelling and visual composition.

• Knowledge of subtitles, sound design, colour correction and basic motion graphics.

• Ability to select music and sound effects that match the content.

• Good understanding of social media video dimensions and formats.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.

AI & Modern Editing Skills

Knowledge of AI-powered creative tools will be an advantage, including:

• AI video generation and editing tools

• AI subtitle and transcription tools

• AI voiceover tools

• Generative AI for B-roll and creative assets

• AI-assisted video enhancement

• ChatGPT / Gemini for creative ideation and scripting

Preferred Experience

• 1–4 years of professional video editing experience.

• Previous experience in a Digital Marketing Agency, Advertising Agency, Media Company or Production House is preferred.

• Experience creating social media content for brands is highly preferred.

• Experience in Real Estate, Healthcare, Manufacturing or Corporate content is an added advantage.
