About the Role
We are looking for a creative and experienced Video Editor / Short Reels Expert who can produce engaging, high-quality short-form content for Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
The ideal candidate should be fast, creative, trend-aware, and capable of delivering consistent quality while working on multiple videos every day.
Key Responsibilities
Edit engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form videos.
Produce approximately 6–7 high-quality videos/reels per day.
Create engaging cuts, transitions, captions, motion effects, music, and sound design.
Use AI tools to generate and enhance creative video content.
Follow current social media trends and create content optimized for audience engagement.
Convert raw footage into polished, professional, and publish-ready videos.
Maintain consistent brand style, quality, and visual standards across all content.
Collaborate with the content and creative team to develop fresh and engaging video concepts.
Manage multiple projects while meeting daily deadlines.
Required Skills
2–4 years of professional video editing experience.
Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro.
Good working knowledge of CapCut.
Practical experience with AI-based video generation and editing tools.
Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and short-form content.
Ability to produce 6–7 quality videos per day with a fast turnaround.
Strong sense of timing, pacing, transitions, music, and visual storytelling.
Creative mindset with a good understanding of social media trends and viral content.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Adobe After Effects knowledge will be an added advantage.
