About the Role:

At Arsh Elevation, we are scaling our content reach across multiple YouTube channels and social media platforms. We are looking for a creative and passionate Video Editor who can transform raw footage into high-impact visual stories. If you have a keen eye for detail and understand the pulse of modern digital content, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

Narrative Editing: Assemble raw footage into a seamless, engaging, and polished final product. Edit raw footage into compelling videos.

Visual Enhancement: Add high-quality transitions, text overlays, sound effects, and motion graphics to boost viewer retention.

Cross-Platform Optimization: Tailor and export video content specifically for YouTube, Instagram Reels, and other social media platforms.

Collaboration: Work closely with Content Researchers and the Design team to ensure the visual style aligns with the script and brand messaging.

Technical Precision: Use industry-standard software to edit videos from scratch while maintaining a high standard of quality.

Deadline Management: Ensure timely delivery of projects while adhering to Arsh Elevations's brand guidelines.

Requirements:

Education: Minimum 12th Pass.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Photoshop is mandatory. Knowledge of Corel Draw or After Effects is a significant advantage.

Creative Intuition: Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and composition.

Storytelling: Ability to understand the flow of a video and use editing to enhance the narrative.

Work Ethic: A collaborative mindset and the ability to take constructive feedback to improve output.
