Job Description: On-Site Video Editor

We are seeking a highly competent and skilled Video Editor to join our team on-site. The

primary responsibility involves producing engaging, well-paced video content, with a

strong emphasis on the commentary niche. The role requires careful editing to ensure a

smooth viewing experience and accurate caption integration. Expertise in motion graphics

is not a prerequisite.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of narrative structure, timing, and

audience engagement for various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

● Transform raw footage into polished, high-quality, and engaging video deliverables.

● Focus on commentary-based content, ensuring a strong and compelling narrative

flow.

● Add accurate captions/subtitles with perfect synchronization to audio.

● Maintain optimal pacing, smooth transitions, and overall coherence.

● Sync voiceovers, background music, and sound effects accurately.

● Optimize videos for platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and short-form content

channels.

● Maintain consistency in style, tone, and production quality.

● Manage multiple projects efficiently and meet daily deadlines strictly.

Candidate Requirements

● Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, and After Effects.

● Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and engaging video flow.

● Good knowledge of captioning best practices for commentary videos.

● Basic understanding of color correction and audio enhancement.

● Motion graphics/animation expertise is NOT required.

Employment Details

● Employment Type: Full-time, On-site

● Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

● Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on skills & experience)

● Equipment: Candidate must bring their own professional system (BYOD)
