Job Title: Video Editor/ Graphic designer & Growth Executive (All in One Role)

Salary: 18k-20k PM, 20-30% Hike if work is good.

Adewoo Media is a performance marketing agency focused on helping brands grow through Meta Ads, branding, content creation, and digital marketing. We're looking for someone who doesn't just complete assigned tasks but actively contributes to the company's growth.

This is not a traditional Video Editor role. We're looking for a reliable team member who can take ownership of content operations, support the founder, and become a key part of scaling the business.

Your Responsibilities:

• Edit Instagram Reels, Podcasts, and long form videos.

• Design social media graphics, carousels, thumbnails, and creatives.

• Add captions, animations, transitions, sound effects, and motion graphics where needed.

• Maintain a high quality visual standard across all content.

• Social Media Management:

• Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.

• Write or format captions, hashtags, and descriptions.

• Organize content calendars and ensure timely posting.

• Monitor basic engagement and report performance.

Founder Support:

• Assist during content shoots.

• Help plan and execute content ideas.

• Organize footage, project files, and content assets.

• Manage the complete workflow from recording to publishing.

Required Skills:

• Strong video editing skills (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar).

• Good graphic design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar).

• Basic understanding of social media platforms and content trends.

• Good sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership.

• Positive attitude with a problem solving mindset.
