Video Editing Intern

We are looking for a Video Editor Intern to join our team at MPG Communication Private Limited who understands current content trends and has an interest in YouTube videos, documentaries, cinematic storytelling and AI-powered content creation.

You will work on long-form YouTube videos, Shorts/Reels, documentary-style content, thumbnails and other digital content.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit long-form YouTube videos, documentaries, Shorts and Reels.

• Create engaging edits with strong storytelling, pacing, transitions, music and sound effects.

• Understand and follow the latest YouTube, Instagram and social media trends.

• Create cinematic and documentary-style edits.

• Design attractive YouTube thumbnails and social media creatives.

• Use AI tools for image generation, video generation, voiceovers and content creation.

• Write effective AI prompts for generating visual and creative assets.

• Work with scripts and convert them into engaging visual stories.

• Take feedback and complete projects within deadlines.
  

Skills Required

• Adobe Premiere Pro

• Adobe After Effects

• Knowledge of AI tools and AI prompting

• Basic understanding of motion graphics

• Good understanding of video storytelling, pacing and visual composition

• Knowledge of current content and editing trends
  

Who Can Apply?

• Freshers are welcome

• Candidates with 3–6 months of relevant experience can apply.

• Candidates who have a strong interest in documentaries, cinematic videos, YouTube content and storytelling are preferred.

• A portfolio, previous editing work, YouTube channel or sample projects will be an advantage.
  

Stipend

₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month, depending on skills and performance.
