Creative Video Editor

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Video Editor who can independently handle video editing tasks. The candidate should be creative, organized, and capable of maintaining quality and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and deliver high-quality videos for: Social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Reels, Shorts)

• Marketing campaigns, ads, and brand videos

• Corporate, promotional, and explainer videos

• Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality standards

• Coordinate with the design, marketing, and content teams for project requirements

• Manage video files, project folders, and version control

• Stay updated with latest video editing trends, transitions, and formats

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in video editing

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects

• Basic knowledge of motion graphics, text animation, and sound syncing

• Understanding of social media video formats and aspect ratios

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

• Leadership skills to train and supervise juniors/interns

• Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in an IT or Digital Marketing company

• Knowledge of YouTube optimization and ad creatives

• Basic understanding of storytelling and branding

• Experience with tools like Photoshop or Illustrator (plus point)
