Job Title: Trainer (Call Center)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Trainer to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center training role, excellent communication skills, and a passion for developing people. The candidate should be willing to travel as per business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver induction and process training for new hires.

• Conduct refresher training sessions to improve performance and productivity.

• Develop and update training content, presentations, and learning materials.

• Assess training effectiveness through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics.

• Identify knowledge gaps and recommend training interventions.

• Collaborate with operations and quality teams to address performance improvement needs.

• Maintain training records, reports, and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Trainer in a call center/BPO environment.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook).

• Sound understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.

• Strong presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills.

• Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
