About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Training Executive to support our Learning & Development team. This job is ideal for candidates who are interested in building a career in corporate training and employee development.
Key Responsibilities
Assist trainers in conducting training sessions.
Prepare training presentations and learning materials.
Coordinate training schedules and participant communication.
Maintain attendance records and training reports.
Collect and compile training feedback.
Provide administrative support for training activities.
Eligibility
Graduate or Final Year Student (HR, Business Administration, Communications, or any relevant discipline).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Word.
Eagerness to learn, confidence to interact with people, and a positive attitude.
