Job Details

• Position: Associate Tourism and Hospitality Trainer

• Experience Required: 0 to 2 years (Freshers are welcome to apply)

• Location: Abdullapurmet, Hayat Nagar, Hyderabad, Telangana - 501512

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver interactive training sessions on front-office, housekeeping, and food-service operations.

• Guide students through practical role-plays, customer service simulations, and grooming standards.

• Assist in updating lesson plans, training manuals, and multimedia learning materials.

• Monitor student attendance, grade practical assessments, and provide constructive feedback.

• Mentor students on soft skills, professional etiquette, and interview preparation.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related hospitality field.

• Experience: 0-2 years of experience in hotel operations (Front Office, F&B Service, or Housekeeping) or entry-level training.

• Communication: Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

• Skills: Strong presentation abilities, high energy, and a passion for mentoring others.

• Knowledge: Sound understanding of core hospitality standard operating procedures (SOPs).
