Job Summary
Smile India Trust is looking for a dynamic and experienced NGO Trainer to train and develop employees involved in fundraising, donor communication, telecalling, and customer relationship processes. The trainer will be responsible for enhancing employees' communication skills, product knowledge, and overall performance through effective training programs.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct induction and onboarding training for new employees.
Train teams on communication skills, fundraising techniques, and donor engagement.
Develop and update training materials, presentations, and SOPs.
Monitor employee performance and provide coaching to improve productivity.
Conduct refresher training sessions and performance improvement programs.
Assess training effectiveness through tests, feedback, and performance reports.
Coordinate with HR and Operations to identify training needs.
Maintain training records and attendance reports.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience as a Trainer, preferably in an NGO, BPO, Telecalling, or Customer Service environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal and coaching abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
