Job Title: Software Testing Trainer

Location: Thane
Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers can apply)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Software Testing Trainer with hands-on experience in Automation Testing using Selenium with Java or Python. The candidate should be passionate about teaching, mentoring, and preparing students for real-time industry requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver training on Manual and Automation Testing

• Conduct hands-on sessions on Selenium with Java or Python

• Guide students on real-time projects and testing frameworks

• Prepare training materials, assignments, and assessments

• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback

• Support students with interview preparation and practical knowledge

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Software Testing concepts

• Hands-on experience with Selenium Automation

• Programming knowledge in Java or Python

• Understanding of STLC, SDLC, Test Cases, Defect Life Cycle

• Good communication and presentation skills

• Ability to handle freshers and entry-level candidates

Eligibility:

• Freshers with excellent communication skills and strong hands-on practice are welcome

• Candidates with 0–3 years of experience in testing/training can apply

• Willing to work from Thane location

• Passion for teaching and mentoring students
