Position: Healthcare Trainer
Reports To
The Trainer will report to the Operation Team.
Accountabilities & Duties
The responsibilities and duties of this job are as follows but not limited to:
• To deliver quality training to participants using various methodology’s
• To participate in student acquisition activities at centre level
• To participate in placement of centre’s students
• To prepare admission and batch completion report along with other relevant MISs
• To maintain discipline and decorum in classroom and at centre
• To regularly acquire and update knowledge of area of training delivery
• To collect success stories of all students
Requirements
Following are pre-requisite to apply for the position:
• Proven experience as a Trainer in the said Domain in the Skill Development Sector
• Experience in developing content of the domain and have update and know how on all
new technology used in the sector
• Solid knowledge of Learning Management System and other training tools
• Strong knowledge on what are the different training methodology used in training
