Role Objective
The Technical Support Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day technical operations across assigned service centres, ensuring repair quality, system input, ESD adherence, SOPs from brand and continuous improvement across the territory.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily technical operations at SCs
• Provide technical troubleshooting support for complex and repeat repair cases
• Conduct regular Physical or Virtual SC visits as per requirement
• Ensure repair quality and compliance with brand SOPs
• Monitor and reduce repeat repair cases through root cause analysis
• Ensure strict ESD adherence at all assigned service centres
• Verify accuracy and maintenance of system records and job sheets
• Support warranty and out-of-warranty repair validation
• Coordinate with parts, logistics, and quality teams for issue resolution
• Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
• Follow up on corrective and preventive actions across SCs
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• System record maintenance and accuracy
• Quality Reporting and Tracking
Territory Responsibility
• End-to-end technical and operational follow-up for assigned SCs in
Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, and Kerala
Skills & Technical Knowledge
• Strong knowledge of smartphone hardware and Android software
• Experience with diagnostics, flashing, and testing tools
• Understanding of warranty processes and repair standards
• Strong analytical, reporting, and coordination skills
Language Requirements
• Mandatory: Tamil, Kannada, Hindi, English
• Malayalam: Added advantage
Qualifications
• Diploma / ITI / bachelor’s degree in Electronics or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in mobile after-sales / service operations
Travel Requirement
• Must be willing to travel extensively across assigned states as required
