Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and confident Spoken English & Communication Skills Trainer to teach Pre-Basic and Basic level students at our center in Noida Sector 18. The ideal candidate should be fluent in both English and Hindi, passionate about teaching, and capable of training beginners in a friendly and encouraging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Spoken English and Communication Skills sessions for Pre-Basic and Basic level learners

• Focus on pronunciation, vocabulary, basic sentence structure, and spoken fluency

• Create a supportive learning environment for students with little to no English knowledge

• Use bilingual communication (English + Hindi) to explain concepts effectively

• Conduct activities, role plays, and conversations to improve student interaction

• Track and evaluate student progress and provide feedback

• Prepare lesson plans and teaching aids as per the training structure

• Motivate and encourage learners to participate and practice regularly

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Qualification: Graduation

• Preferred: Graduation or Final Year Students (any stream)

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi

• Strong interest in teaching, mentoring, or public speaking

• Ability to engage with absolute beginners patiently and effectively

Desired Qualities:

• Clear pronunciation and confidence in speaking

• Friendly, patient, and approachable attitude

• Basic computer knowledge for handling presentations and content

• Energetic personality with a passion for language and communication training

Work Location:

Noida Sector – 18 (On-site),

EnglishCaffe – Wave Silver Tower, First Floor.

Greater Noida – Alpha 1 Commercial Belt (On-site),

EnglishCaffe – MSX Tower 2, 4th Floor.
