📍 Position: Sales Trainer
🏢 Industry: EdTech
📅 Experience: Minimum 2 Years (EdTech Industry Mandatory)
🗓️ Working Days: 5.5 Days a Week
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging sales training sessions for new and existing employees.
Develop and implement sales training modules, SOPs, and learning materials.
Coach and mentor sales teams to improve communication, objection handling, and closing skills.
Conduct product knowledge and process training.
Monitor trainee performance and provide continuous feedback.
Identify training needs through performance analysis and collaborate with management to improve sales effectiveness.
Track training effectiveness and prepare performance reports.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Trainer in the EdTech industry.
Strong understanding of inside sales, counseling, and sales processes.
Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
Experience in designing and delivering training programs.
Ability to motivate teams and improve sales performance.
