🎓 Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc., etc.)

💼 Experience:- Freshers and candidates with 0–12 months of experience

⏳ Traineeship Duration:-12 Months

💰 Salary & Benefits

• Fixed Pay: ₹10,700 per month

• Guaranteed Bonus: ₹2,000 per month for the first 3 payrolls, subject to eligibility criteria

• Total Monthly Pay: ₹12,700, including the guaranteed bonus

• Contest Earnings: Up to ₹5,000

🎯 Key Responsibilities

✅ Generate leads through telecalling and field activities.

✅ Build strong customer relationships through effective communication.

✅ Support gold loan-related services and lead conversion.

✅ Assist with customer retention and renewal activities.

✅ Learn gold appraisal and customer transaction processes through structured training.

✅ Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

📋 Eligibility Criteria

✔️ Graduates from any discipline can apply.

✔️ Freshers and candidates with up to 12 months of experience are welcome.

✔️ Fluency in the local language of the respective location is mandatory.

✔️ Must be comfortable with field sales and customer-facing activities.

✔️ Willingness to obtain a driving licence within 2 months of joining.

✔️ Local candidates will be preferred.
