Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Inside Sales Trainer / Training Lead who will be responsible for building a high-performing calling team through daily training, call monitoring, structured coaching, and continuous performance improvement. The goal is to ensure every caller builds a strong emotional connect with customers while maintaining high levels of professionalism and
conversion efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
● Conduct daily training sessions for inside sales callers.
● Own new hire onboarding & certification.
● Train teams on CRM, dialer, workflows, and updated SOPs.
● Listen to call recordings & live calls to identify pitch and skill gaps.
● Conduct regular feedback & retraining sessions to close performance gaps.
● Run mock calls, role plays, and objection-handling drills.
● Drive professional communication, customer empathy & urgency creation.
● Work with Sales Managers to improve underperformers through coaching plans.
● Build and update scripts, pitch guides & training playbooks.
Desired Skills & Requirements:
● Strong expertise in Inside Sales / Call Center Training
● Deep understanding of customer psychology & pitch building
● Excellent communication in Hindi & English
● Strong coaching, mentoring & performance management skills
● High ownership mindset with startup adaptability.
Preferred Background:
● 2–3 years of experience in Inside Sales / BPO / Tele-sales Training
● Exposure to B2C high-volume calling environments
