Job Title: Automation Testing Trainer (Selenium – Java/Python)
Location: Thane
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred

Job Overview We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Automation Testing Trainer with hands-on experience in Selenium using Java or Python.
The trainer will be responsible for delivering practical, industry-oriented training to students and freshers, helping them become job-ready through hands-on sessions and real-time project exposure.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver training on Automation Testing using Selenium with Java or Python
Conduct hands-on practical sessions and demos
Explain core concepts of Manual Testing and Automation Testing
Guide students on real-time scenarios, frameworks, and best practices
Prepare training materials, assignments, and assessments
Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
Support students with interview preparation and practical knowledge
Mentor freshers and entry-level candidates effectively
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Automation Testing concepts
Hands-on experience with Selenium (Java or Python)
Understanding of STLC, SDLC, Test Cases, Defect Life Cycle
Basic knowledge of testing frameworks (TestNG / PyTest is a plus)
Good communication and presentation skills
Passion for teaching and mentoring students
Eligibility
Freshers with strong hands-on Selenium skills and excellent communication can apply
