Position: International Sales Trainer
Location: Sector 63, Noida
Shift: Night Shift (US Process) – 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM
Working Days: 6 Days Working (Fixed Sunday Off)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic International Sales Trainer to train, mentor, and develop sales professionals for our International Sales Process. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in international voice sales, product training, objection handling, and performance coaching.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct induction and onboarding sessions for new hires.

• Deliver product, process, and sales training for international campaigns.

• Train employees on communication skills, sales techniques, negotiation, and objection handling.

• Improve conversion rates through regular coaching and feedback sessions.

• Conduct role plays, mock calls, and live call monitoring.

• Identify training needs through quality audits and performance reports.

• Design training modules, presentations, assessments, and learning materials.

• Evaluate trainees through tests, certifications, and call evaluations.

• Work closely with Operations, Quality, and HR teams to ensure training effectiveness.

• Provide refresher training and continuous learning sessions for existing employees.

• Track training performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly training reports.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as an International Sales Trainer or Sales Coach.

• Experience in US, UK, Australia, or International Voice Sales Process.

• Excellent spoken and written English.

• Strong presentation, coaching, and mentoring skills.

• Good knowledge of CRM, sales processes, and call quality standards.

• Ability to motivate and develop high-performing sales teams.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)
