Gym Trainer – Job Description

We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and dedicated Gym Trainer to join our fitness team at Unique Fitness Forever. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of fitness training, workout techniques, and client motivation to help members achieve their health and fitness goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide members in performing exercises safely and effectively.

• Design personalised workout and fitness plans based on client goals.

• Provide strength training, cardio, weight management, and functional training support.

• Demonstrate proper use of gym equipment and maintain safety standards.

• Monitor client progress and provide regular fitness assessments.

• Motivate and encourage members to maintain consistency and discipline.

• Conduct personal training and group workout sessions.

• Assist members with posture correction and injury prevention.

• Maintain cleanliness and discipline within the gym floor area.

• Promote fitness packages, personal training sessions, and healthy lifestyle habits.

Skills & Requirements

• Good knowledge of gym equipment and exercise techniques.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to motivate and guide clients effectively.

• Basic understanding of nutrition and fitness planning.

• Fitness certification preferred (ACE, ACSM, K11, REPS, etc.).

• Physically fit, punctual, and professional in appearance.

• Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.

Qualification

• Minimum: 12th Pass

• Certification in Fitness Training preferred

Experience

• 0–8 years of experience as a Gym Trainer or Personal Trainer preferred.

Salary

• ₹7,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience and incentives)
