Job Responsibilities:
Guide members with proper workout techniques and exercise form.
Create personalized workout plans based on members' fitness goals.
Assist beginners with machine usage and gym orientation.
Motivate members to achieve their fitness goals.
Ensure gym equipment is used safely and maintained properly.
Maintain cleanliness and discipline on the gym floor.
Promote Personal Training (PT) sessions and fitness programs.
Provide excellent customer service and build strong member relationships.
Requirements:
Certification in Fitness Training (preferred).
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Gym Trainer.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Passionate about health and fitness.
Positive attitude and professional appearance.
Freshers with relevant certification may also apply.
