Conduct fitness assessments and understand client health history, fitness goals, and limitations.
Develop personalized training programs for clients of all fitness levels.
Instruct clients on proper exercise form, technique, and equipment use.
Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to programs.
Ensure the gym floor is supervised and safe at all times.
Provide motivation, encouragement, and support to help clients stay committed.
Demonstrate exercises and use of equipment confidently and correctly.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workout areas and equipment.
Enforce gym rules and safety procedures.
Keep updated records of client progress and attendance.
Stay current with the latest fitness trends, techniques, and certifications.
Proven experience as a Gym Trainer or Fitness Instructor.
Certification in personal training or fitness instruction.
Basic knowledge of nutrition and wellness practices.
CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
Physically fit and capable of demonstrating exercises.
Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays.
