We are looking for a Gym Trainer to join our team at Fit2fitness. The role involves planning, delivering and evaluating training programs to help individuals or teams improve their performance. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10000 - ₹15000 and a chance to support professional growth in others.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver training sessions based on organizational/client needs
Create and update training material
Monitor trainee performance and provide feedback
Maintain training records and reports
Conduct evaluations to measure training effectiveness
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 2 - 5 years of experience. Strong communication skills, clarity in instruction and subject matter understanding are essential.
