Job Title: General Trainer
Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic General Trainer to join our team. The role involves conducting training sessions, improving employee skills, and supporting overall professional growth across departments. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to engage learners, and a passion for knowledge sharing.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver training programs for new hires and existing employees.
Design and update training materials, modules, and presentations.
Identify training needs and tailor sessions accordingly.
Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.
Provide continuous support and guidance to employees for skill enhancement.
Collaborate with management to align training initiatives with organizational goals.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
Prior experience as a trainer or facilitator.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to motivate and engage participants.
Familiarity with training methodologies and tools.
