We are looking for a ERP executive/ MIS to join our team at Sevalaya. The role involves planning, delivering and evaluating training programs to help individuals or teams improve their performance. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 and a chance to support professional growth in others.
Key Responsibilities:
# Provide support and training to ERP users
# Maintain and manage the ERP system across various modules
# Assist in ERP implementation, upgrades, and regular updates
# Coordinate with internal teams to understand business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions
# Troubleshoot system issues and escalate to vendors when needed
# Monitor ERP system performance and ensure data integrity
# Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and manuals
# Daily tasks and key functions
# Team structure and reporting manager
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and candidate must be a fresher. Strong communication skills, clarity in instruction and subject matter understanding are essential.
