Job Details:

Title : Sales Trainer
Salary: Depends on Interview

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct induction and product training sessions for new tele sales executives.

• Develop training modules, scripts, objection-handling techniques, and sales pitch strategies.

• Monitor live calls and recorded calls to evaluate performance and provide constructive feedback.

• Train team members on communication skills, sales techniques, and closing strategies.

• Identify skill gaps and conduct refresher training sessions.

• Work closely with Team Leaders and Management to improve overall team performance.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and call quality parameters.

• Maintain training reports and performance improvement records.

• Motivate the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
