We are looking for a Community Success Associate to build and nurture our growing community of users. The ideal candidate is proactive, empathetic, and passionate about engaging customers and enhancing their overall experience. You will play a key role in driving user engagement, resolving queries, and building long-term relationships within the community.
Engage with users across community platforms (WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, etc.).
Address user questions, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Foster a positive and active community environment.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to plan engagement initiatives, events, and campaigns.
Track community engagement metrics and share regular insights with internal teams.
Assist new members with onboarding and guide them through our platform and services.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in customer success, community management, or support roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Proactive, customer-oriented, and team-driven mindset.
