Key Responsibilities:
Call prospective customers from provided databases/leads.
Promote and sell loans, credit cards, and other banking products.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
Follow up with leads and ensure closure of sales.
Maintain accurate records of calls.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:
Education: Minimum HSC/Graduate in any stream.
Experience:
0–3 years in telesales, preferably in banking or financial services.
Candidates with experience in loan or credit card sales will be prioritized.
Skills:
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Persuasive and confident telephone manner.
Basic understanding of financial products (training will be provided for freshers).
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Fluent in English, Hindi, & regional language.
