The initial 3 months will be a probationary period during which the company will assess the candidate's performance, adaptability, and alignment with company values.
After successful completion of 6 months, including the probation period, the candidate will be assigned a specific role based on their demonstrated skills, contributions, and company requirements.
Responsibilities:
Leading the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies and ca mpaigns to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
Business development coordination identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities by generating leads in sales, maintaining client relationships, and coordinating promotional activities.
Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and make data-driven decisions.
Continuous Improvement: Identify areas of improvement and implement changes to enhance marketing outcomes.
