Roles & Responsibilities – Telesales Executive (Stock Market Advisory):
Make outbound calls to potential clients interested in stock market services
Explain company’s advisory services related to equity, commodities, and intraday trading
Educate clients on basic stock market concepts and benefits of advisory plans
Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about investment options
Generate and follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, or other communication tools
Convince potential clients to take trial or paid plans
Maintain client database and update call status regularly
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets and reporting to the team leader
Maintain professionalism and build trust with clients over calls
Stay updated with basic stock market trends and services offered.
