We are looking for a Telesales to join our team [••Thakur Job Consultant••]. This role involves managing essential data processes, ensuring accuracy, and providing administrative support. Get a salary of ₹14000 - ₹15000 along with career growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide regular medical updates to the sponsor of the treatment

• Handhold the patients through the treatment process at the hospital

• Receive the travellers at the airport

• Identify the hospital and line of treatment

• Maintain data and ensure it is accessible for seamless operations.

• Make calls to doctors and other potential clients based in other countries to make them our channel partner & continuously engage with them with persistent follow‐up.

• Create new relationships overseas via e-mails, phone & social media

• Verify information, spot data discrepancies, and resolve them promptly.

• Organize and manage both digital and physical records to optimize access.

• Assist in various administrative functions to support department efficiency.

• Generate and present reports to internal teams for informed decision-making.

• Handle all sensitive data with strict confidentiality.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and candidate must be a fresher. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
