We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales over the phone by contacting potential customers, explaining our products/services, and closing sales. You will play a key role in achieving our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads or cold calling.
Deliver scripted and unscripted sales pitches that describe products or services, emphasizing benefits and features.
Answer incoming calls from prospective customers and address inquiries.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently respond to customer questions.
Build and maintain customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Update customer information in the CRM system accurately.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and call quotas.
Handle customer objections and turn them into sales opportunities.
Follow up on leads and conduct post-sale follow-ups when necessary.
Collaborate with the sales team and provide feedback to improve scripts and customer interaction strategies.
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role is preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Proficient in basic computer applications and CRM systems.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, business, or related field is a plus.
