Roles & Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to promote education and skill-based courses.
Handle inbound inquiries generated through digital marketing, walk-ins, or referrals.
Explain course details clearly, including curriculum, fees, duration, certification, and career benefits.
Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses accordingly.
Generate and qualify leads, schedule counseling sessions, and follow up for conversions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call, lead, and enrollment targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and student data in CRM or reporting sheets.
Address student queries, objections, and concerns professionally and confidently.
Coordinate with counselors, trainers, and the operations team for smooth enrollment.
Ensure timely fee collection and support the admission process end-to-end.
Build long-term relationships with students to encourage referrals and repeat enrollments.
Stay updated on course offerings, promotions, and industry trends.
Adhere to company policies, scripts, and quality standards during calls.
Maintain a positive attitude and professional communication at all times.
