In this role, you will connect with prospective learners, understand their interest in our courses, and qualify leads for the sales team. Key Responsibilities • Call the leads shared by the marketing team and initiate conversation. • Understand whether the learner is looking for any course or training program. • Categorize the lead as positive (interested) or negative (not interested). • Share all positive leads with the Quality Team for further evaluation. • Ensure proper communication flow between Quality and Sales teams. • Maintain call logs, lead status, and follow-up details. • Provide clear and polite communication to ensure a positive customer experience. Skills & Competencies • Good English communication skills (verbal). • Polite and professional way of speaking. • Active listening skills. • Ability to handle customer queries confidently. • Basic understanding of sales processes is an added advantage.
