Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to sell company products or services using prescribed sales scripts.
Answer questions about products, promotions, or the company, and effectively address customer queries.
Update customer information in the database accurately, and record sales and relevant details.
Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets; go the extra mile to facilitate sales conversions.
Process orders and handle basic customer complaints or queries professionally.
Maintain good customer relations and encourage repeat business by following up with prospects as needed.

1–2 years of proven experience in telesales, telecalling, or a related sales/customer service role.
Good sales knowledge and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a similar role.
Basic knowledge of English for professional communication (verbal and written).
Fundamental computer skills, including MS Office.
Ability to learn quickly about products/services and explain them to customers.
Persistent, enthusiastic, and able to work independently while handling rejection.
High school diploma or equivalent (graduates will be a plus).
Candidates with strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills are preferred.
