We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to generate sales through outbound/inbound calls. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, customer-focused, and driven to achieve targets.
Make outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers
Handle inbound customer queries and convert them into sales
Explain company products/services clearly and confidently
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM
Handle customer objections professionally and close deals
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
Excellent verbal communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Basic knowledge of computers and CRM systems
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer support is an advantage
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
