About the Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executives to join our real estate sales team. The role involves connecting with prospective clients, understanding their property needs, presenting suitable project options, and converting inquiries into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound inquiries related to company real estate projects.
Explain project details, features, location advantages, and investment potential to clients.
Follow up promptly with clients through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to nurture leads and close deals.
Maintain a client database (CRM) and ensure timely updates and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the on-ground sales and marketing teams for site visits and client meetings.
Achieve weekly and monthly call targets, follow-up goals, and sales conversion benchmarks.
Provide customer feedback and market insights to improve sales performance.
Maintain a professional and positive customer service attitude during all interactions.
Job Requirements:
Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream).
Experience: 1–5 years in tele sales / inside sales / real estate sales preferred.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi (Marathi added advantage).
Confidence to engage clients over phone and build rapport quickly.
Strong follow-up and closure skills.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).
Passion for real estate and customer engagement.
