Job Description:
We are a furniture company with an e-commerce platform. We are looking for a Tele sales Executive to handle client queries received through our website and convert them into qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries generated from the e-commerce website
Call and follow up with potential customers
Understand customer requirements and generate sales leads
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Coordinate with the sales team for lead closure
Eligibility Criteria:
Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
Female candidates preferred
Good communication skills in English and Hindi
Basic knowledge of tele sales or customer handling is an advantage.
