We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to handle customer queries professionally, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Make outbound calls to potential customers and promote company products/services.
Explain product features and benefits clearly and convincingly.
Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
Maintain a database of customer information and update call records regularly.
Handle customer objections politely and professionally.
Coordinate with the sales team for closing leads and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Ensure adherence to company policies and quality standards.
Minimum 6 months–2 years experience in telesales/telecalling (freshers can apply depending on company requirement).
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (other languages are an advantage).
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems).
Positive attitude, confidence, and good listening skills.
12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.
