Job Description:
ISAAC LUXE is looking for an experienced Telesales/ Caller to manage inbound calls and digital leads generated through our website and Meta platforms. The role involves interacting with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and converting inquiries into qualified opportunities, which will then be assigned to the respective managers for closure.

Key Responsibilities:
• Receive and handle inbound calls from potential clients
• Contact and follow up on leads generated via Website and Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
• Understand client requirements and explain ISAAC LUXE services and treatment options
• Qualify leads and create sales opportunities
• Assign qualified opportunities to the respective Sales / Clinic Managers for further follow-up and closure
• Ensure timely and accurate follow-ups to maximize lead conversion
• Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and opportunities in CRM / internal systems
• Coordinate with managers to ensure smooth handover of opportunities
• Meet daily and monthly lead handling and opportunity generation targets
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Telecaller / Lead Coordinator / Telesales Executive
• Experience in handling inbound leads from digital platforms preferred
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus)
• Good convincing and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple leads and work under targets
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Excel
