�� Role Objective

We are looking for a sharp, enthusiastic, and digitally savvy Inside Online Sales Executive who will actively engage clients through online platforms, generate leads, and convert them into successful sales. If you're passionate about digital selling and client relationships, we want you on our team!

�� Key Responsibilities

· �� Manage and convert leads through B2B platforms: India Mart, Trade India, Just Dial, etc.

· �� Generate new business via tele calling, inbound walk-ins, and digital outreach.

· �� Build strong client relationships and ensure prompt follow-ups.

· �� Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to company revenue goals.

· �� Coordinate order processing, dispatch, and logistics communication.

· �� Promote offers and product information via social media and online channels.

· �� Maintain customer records, follow-up logs, and sales reports in Excel & CRM.

· �� Track competitor pricing, trends, and B2B presence for market intelligence.

· �� Stay updated with new product lines and service developments.

· �� Upsell and cross-sell products wherever applicable.

✅ Key Skills & Competencies

· ✔️ Prior experience with India Mart, Trade India, Just Dial platforms.

· ✔️ Strong communication, follow-up, and closing skills.

· ✔️ CRM operation knowledge and proficiency in MS Word & Excel.

· ✔️ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

· ✔️ Knowledge of iron, steel, or industrial products preferred.

· ✔️ Willingness to travel if needed within the assigned region.

�� Educational Qualification

· Bachelor's Degree in any stream

· Diploma in Marketing, IT, or relevant specialization (preferred)

�� Experience

· 2–3 years in online B2B sales

· Experience with iron & steel or metal product industries is a plus

�� Compensation

· ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience & skills)
