We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our team . The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹15000 - ₹28000 and opportunities for growth.

1)Contact potential customer to showcase company product and services

2)Find new business opportunities and customer

3)Develop relationships with existing customers and keep I touch with them

4)Negotiate prices and term with customers

5)Keep track of sales activities

6)Work with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

7)Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling

8)Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections

9)Collaborate with team members to achieve better results

10)Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

11)Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers via telephone calls.

12)Make accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations.

13)To achieve monthly sales target

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0.5 - 1 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
