Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to contact potential and existing customers by phone, promote products or services, and close sales. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a strong customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
Present, promote, and sell products/services over the phone
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information
Follow up on leads and previous inquiries
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Handle customer objections and resolve basic concerns professionally
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve conversion rates
Requirements & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferred)
Strong verbal communication and listening skills
Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively
Comfortable working with CRM systems and call management tools
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure
